Arabia Holiday Cottage, Port Isaac - Conditions of Booking

Rentals are from Friday to Friday and begin at 4pm on the first day of the rental period and end at 10am prompt on the day of departure, with the property left clean and tidy. You will need to supply your own bed linen and towels.

Payments.
If a booking is made 8 weeks or more before the start date, a deposit of 1/3 of the rental sum is payable. The balance is due 8 weeks before the rental period commences.

For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start date, the full rent is payable at time of booking.

Please note that no refund can be given if the booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the start date, we therefore suggest that holiday cancellation insurance is taken out. If a deposit has been paid and the property can be re-let, a refund will be made, less a £15 + VAT admin charge.

Damage Deposit.
Please note that a damage deposit of £100 is required at the time of the main payment which is refundable 2 weeks after the end of the holiday period, if the property is left in good condition.

Pets.
One well behaved dog is allowed at an extra cost of £35 per week.

Smoking.
No smoking is allowed in the property.

Composition of Parties.
The number of people named on the booking form cannot be exceeded and only those listed can occupy the property.
